| I have a kind of silly question, when shootin durin the day the colors in the photo are ruined by the sun rays but even when i shoot on a cloudy day or in shade the colors are still different with some sort of yellow cast or something (hope everyone understands what i mean).. what do i do wrong ? |

Have you checked your white balance settings?

You got several choices, assuming it is indeed the white balance
a) Put the white balance setting on automatic, and the camera will probably get the colors right 98% of the time when you save your files as JPEG
b) Manually change the white balance depending on what type of light you are using (which you may not want to do unless you are willing and can remember to remember to change it all the time)
c) Save your files in RAW and then adjust the white balance in processing
You might also consider doing both a) and c) -- a) to give you properly balanced images right out of camera most of the time and c) to give you better control over processing for the images you like the best |

| I think it would be helpful to give your shot info ..what settings are you using ..what iso. that kind of stuff. If say you had it on auto and on a sunny day it would use a low iso so your pictures would like better and say and a darker day it would pump up your iso causing your pictures not to look as good. |

| They look ok to me. Your white balance is set to manual, but at what setting is it? Try it on auto and shoot RAW and compare to your jpegs. |

There maybe a few things going on here. You say your images are ruined by the son, but that's not the case. They're ruined by the color of the light. Light has different temperature or coloring in different situations:
Direct Sun
Shade
Indoor Lighting
Flash
When you start mixing these, it gets more complicated (Shade with a flash, Indoor with a flash). You just need to adjust your white balance better. I the first picture, there seems to be a slight magenta cast. The third picture he skin tone is a little yellow.

| it could also be your monitor. I looked at the pics you linked to and they look fine to me, I don't see what the problem is honestly, maybe you could be more specific with what you think is letting the shots down? |
