Was just thinking that there are often may comments / posts that I like, but without wanting to post a full comment. I thought it might be nice to have a "Like" button and counter just like Facebook for forum posts.

Do you mean something like the "This comment was helpful" at the bottom of the comment box?

I was thinking more that, just as there is a "report this post as spam" link on the left, that there should be something there that you can click to indicate that you like the post too, rather than the only way that the author knows you like it is to continue to follow the post to try to identify if there were any comments.

| Personally I like the idea. It would be interesting to see how each individual would interpret it (based solely on score, or just on personal taste). |
