I am working at a weather center/museum. For April, we are hosting "Earth Month" and along with it a photo contest. It will be a one time thing, duration of a month. I would like to find a script that enables visitors to upload a picture (specific size limit) with a form where they can enter their information and the entries can be immediately displayed on the site and visitors can vote on their favorite. We want to steer away from log ins and registrations. If this is too difficult we could also have the form be emailed to us and upload the pictures ourselves.

Does anyone know how I can go about doing this? I have web design experience but never anything like this.

you might want to check out this photo contest framework. it does require having a wordpress site, though. (i found this in another thread).
