What is your least favorite photo that you have submitted?
I only meant this one to be a practice shot, but I never got around to doing it how I wanted. I really wanted to do this shot on the road, with a yellow line running down the middle. This was in my driveway. Very week.

While my lowest score was for Guest of Honor, it's one of my favorite shots... My least favorite is probably Corner Drugstore, since it was rushed because I was hungry.

I think my first entry, "Curvature", was my worst. It is an older version of my recent shot "Inside"

It started out as a good shot, but after I cropped it, it looked crappy crappy crappy. Was my "lending a helping hand" photo. I'm too lazy right now to add a link...but you all might remember it as "the guy with a blue mohawk carrying a midget at a baseball game". It was for candid. It looked OK before I cropped it and blew it up to size requirements.

I remember that shot. That was pretty cool. They quality was pretty low, but the content was very interesting.

Sometimes I have problem with the English languge. That was the case when I entered this site. I thought that "submit your photo or you will be excluded from the challenge" meant "submit your photo or you may not be with us any longer" so I threw away a shot in panic at Sunday night and submitted it. And it wasn´t me actually. Here it is.

My shot from "Childhood without Children" Picture
I have a loft in my house that I had just cleaned out. My niece came to visit. The picture was the result of her being in the loft for 30 min. I shot it as she left it. Guess I should have "arranged" the photo a bit better. |

Indeed. If there was ever a candidate for a before/after style advert for dpc, this is it.

Konador: Boy those two pictures show your improvement, I wish I could have a similar example.
My worst bomb was"A Study in Shape and Size", in the Illusions challenge. I worked real hard at this one, I made the blocks, all of which were exactly the same size. I positioned them in a bezillion different ways to try to show the illusion that they were different in size. I didn't rank the lowest but it was the biggest disappointment yet. Maybe this week will change all of that.

wow, autool, i had no idea you even made the blocks yourself!! it's a wonderful photo technically, but i have to admit i missed the point of the illusion completely. :(

I actually still really, really like every photo I've entered. I understand why some of them were panned, now, and have learned a lot from those criticisms, but I have a hard time picking one I don't like.
The one I'm most disappointed in is Higher Calling, because a) I edited it on a laptop LCD, and it came out WAY too dark, and b) I fell victim to my tendency to try to include too much in the photo. (I think I fell victim to that again in this week's challenge.)
Without a doubt, though, I am a much, MUCH better photographer now than I was when I first came here.

Ummm, Maybe we should suggest a challange where we all reshoot our least favorite shot... It'd give me an excuse to have another banana split :)
