Greetings all,

I've been wanting to do a 3-pane shot for
some time, and after seeing Julia Mattos'
It can't rain all the time
gave me new inspiration.

Surfing has no Boundaries.

Obviously image suffers some compression loss getting
it down to 150K, but the general feel should come across.

It's way to easy to be blind-sided by one's own creations,
and not see it objectively. Honest opinions please.

Main title text now centered.

wow, that's really great. I love the sense of scale you get from the two surfers walking in the leftmost pane.

I agree with seanami, but I think you should somehow crop or clone out the other person right on the edge. He's to far out of the way to be the focus of our attention, yet he does seem to grab it from me.
Also, in this low rez shot I can't make out what is in the horizon on the sandy beach. I think it would really add to the feeling of being deserted if you would clean up that horizon to be endless sand.

Just my personal opinion! I think as a whole it's a really nice shot, and I like the framing you did. It would look really nice printed into a 16x20, or even larger if you can keep the detail.
Good Luck!

Thanks for the attention to a couple of details I missed Aaron.

Here is the revised version:

Surfing has no Boundaries(2)

I agree, that it has much better presence this way.

Beautiful job of editing! I tried to find something else to fix but it looks perfect to me now. I think I'll add it to my favorites!

Thanks all,

I will probably do it over & over a few more times (don't we all) and see what it looks like in print. As it is now, full resolution is over 3MB at 2440x1880 @300 DPI.

Guess time will tell.
