Probably why my travel photography is a lot better than the rest of my attempts - I love to travel - it's my passion - and potential images just seem to jump out at me when travelling...

I am finding that I haven't the interest, patience or creativity in studio set up shots...

I am still trying to improve them though... I figure improvements in any area of my photography will help me elsewhere too.

Setz, thanks for posting this! Margaret Bourke-White is my hero(ine)! I love her photography, and she is a great influence to those of us females who want to go into photojournalism. Incidentally I found out a few months ago she went to Cornell University (Go Big Red!) So I guess I'm following in her footsteps (hopefully). To those of you who don't know about MBW check out some of her stuff. There was also a movie made about her, I remember watching it Freshman year of highschool in Journalistic Writing. Thanks again for posting this Setz!

I'm trying to get this back on the main page. Everyone should definitely look at this photographer! She is fabulous. The main female photojournalist during the depression. CHECK IT OUT GUYS!
