WTH is that? ... I NEVER got an renewal email ... or even a warning email that my account was about to expire ... just please click here to become a member ... sheesh ...
Is that not just a tad abrupt and harsh ??

| I received an email advising that my membership was due for renewal. No probs. |

if you are a member, you receive a mail with the renewal proposal, if you are not a member you receive a mail with the request of to be a member because you frequent dpc site
i do not think is a bad thing, is normal...

How else would you know when to renew? I would have been more upset if DPC had debited my credit card without letting me know... :) |

| I haven't gotten an e-mail yet, but I have a notice displayed prominently on my homepage. Once I post my traditional rant 'n whine, I'll be renewing. |

It's not a big problem. If you pay the membership fee, your portfolio will magically reappear, and all member perks will be restored just as before.

On the top left of your home page you would've seen:
Important Notice!
Your membership is set to expire in X days. You can renew your membership at any time by visiting the subscription page.

I have been ill lately and haven't logged on ... I just thought that since they found my email address to advise me that my account was CANCELLED ... they could have found my account to let me know it was up for renewal soon BEFORE it was cancelled is all ...
