Hello! I was hoping that I could maybe get some people to post links to some of their fave photographers. I have a few favorites, but I'm always looking for others to study their work and learn. So please...if you have some favorites post a link! I was going to post links myself, but being I'm new I can't post them yet. But here are the names of some of my favorites so you can google if you're interested.

Travis Shinn
Matthew Rolston
Robert Sebree
Lara Jade
Abbie Warnock

I hope you have a few hours. On a side note, I have really been diggin' JoeMcNally's work. He might actually get me off my ass and purchase some strobes. triggers, and stands.

There are many exceptional photographers on here that have inspired me by constantly producing great shots. But every week there is someone new with equally great work so it is really hard to have a list that isn't a mile long. Anyhow here is the cut and paste of the list from my DPC favourites . I am sure that these name probably feature on lots of lists.

I was 110% certain that the link on Ken's website would redirect me to my own profile. Yet I just HAD to click it. Damn! Clearly my self control is on par with a Florida Tiger...

For me, Brett Walker has been the most inspirational over the last few months. When the weather lightens up I'm sure I will lean on his work to open up new doors and ways of seeing people.

His work is quite varied but never dull and certainly not conventional. He sort of shows me that everything works if used properly. There are practically No rules...

I'm curious to see who people like outside of DPC. Usually these threads list the same 25, some-odd people in different configurations but nothing much new. Probably one of the reasons the place is stagnating a bit. No new energy being presented...

Simms!

Some favourite photographers of mine are...

Roger Ballen

Ken Rosenthal

Dave McKean (Wonderful artist in all manner of media)

Joel Peter Witkin (some people may find some of these images disturbing and they may not be safe for work etc)

Jan Saudek

and now, after being pointed in the right direction by pawdrix, Brett Walker
