Based on  Bear_Music's comment for  oscarthepig's Science III entry, and refers to visually excellent shots with unpopular or obscure themes. It's hilarious, and would provide an opportunity for experimentation with (hopefully) very interesting results... |

Nice idea, the ironic problem with it is that the winners would be the entries with the most popular appeal.

Well, I'm all out of "utterly outstanding," but I'm sure I could muster up some "presumably doomed."
