Hey folks,

I stumbled across this portfolio this morning (and no, it's not mine -- though I wouldn't mind if it was) and wanted to know what program(s) you figure this person is using to make their pics. Photoshop? Illustrator?

Thanks!

What is a "parsed link"? Does it not show up when you look at it?

Be sure to check this box:
Automatically Parse URLs (automatically adds and around internet addresses)

when you post so URLs show as links.

When you post, or reply, there is a checkbox at the bottom of that field to "automatically parse URLs" and this applies HTML coding to the link so it shows up in blue and underlined, and can be clicked on to go there. Absent the parsing, it's just a line of type and you have to copy it to a new browser window to go to that page.

R.

ETA: Oh, go AWAY art! I was taking care of it :-)

Yikes, that sounds like a whole new can of worms to have to learn. No chance to do that stuff in Photoshop then?

Yeah it looks like 3DS Max. Its a great program and not that difficult to use when you get the hang of it...

it's only some $3000 so it shouldn't be a problem to pick up :)
there are also open source 3d modeling software options such as blender.
