My Image: Friendly Persuasion
Look familiar???

I'm sure half of her stuff isn't even hers. Looks like some Icelandic horses on there too. In Venezuela? I don't think so.

I wrote her and everyone who commented on the image. Another guy's image was on there and after a complaint, was removed. Mine is still there. This version isn't even on flickr, but here and OnExposure, as well as my website.

This water/rock shot looks familiar too although I can't promise it's DPC.

Man, her photography has improved over the pages. Except for the picture of angelo pretending to have sex with chiki from behind while wearing bathing suits on page six. That one's class all the way.

A couple more that look verrrryyy familiar.

Interestingly, this last one has a large size of 720x720 pixels. I wonder why?

I was going to leave a comment, but he/she has now locked out the permissions to keep people from commenting.

The single horse photo is Gypsy by Ristyz. It was in the animals in motion.

I knew it was from a very recent challenge.

I clicked on Flick's links to report stolen images and they have an armload of legalese to comply with. Might be best for the actual image owners to do the complaining.

I just sent an email to the copyright infringement department at yahoo. They say that's what you are supposed to do. I told them I could even provide the original image. I gave the different sites where it is displayed (DPC, BetterPhoto, Onexposure) as well as my website address.

While you are at it, chiki doesn't look like she's 16 and angelo could be her brother for all I know. You might want to let them know.

Oh yeah, right there. (mildly NSFW)

If she just stole her horse shots from one breed or geographical location it might look better, but we see Thouroughbreds in a temperate climate, Clydesdales, Peruvian Pasos, Icelantic ponies in the far north and European raised Arabians. Her Grampa must have a mighty big ranch.

Gypsy is mine. I'm on the road and can't do anything. I can;t figure out how to leave a comment on flickr but I did email the girl. I'll have to dig deeper when I get home. grrrrr.

Last night we were camping(with our star tracking system) and we sat down to tell stories and when we went out to take photos eh this is wonderful. It's so great I can take beautiful horse shots during the day and these lovely star shots at night.

Yeah, and she calls the horse in my photo the same name as several others in other shots taken by other people. WHAT AN IDIOT.
06/25/2009 07:32:47 PM · #18
isn't that a strageghost shot?
06/25/2009 07:33:40 PM · #19
Used tineye to find the owner of the orange slice splash, the the broken water balloon one's been around for years, though nobody seems to know who shot it.

I thought I would be thrilled when it finally happened to me. Well, it only has once (that I know of) and the woman went totally berserk on me when I asked it be credited or removed. She wouldn't, so Webshots removed it. It was still sorta flattering, and I'd have been totally happy with her just sticking my name under it.

Some of the comments people have left are really funny, now that everybody is onto her. I think she's just a dumb girl, bored, in Venezuela.

Wow, she was also in Rome for the finals of the Champions League this year. Great!
