I'm using photoshop CS - If I download an action (.atn) file from the web - how do I actually use it in photoshop?
Thanks

If it's already inserted in the actions folder. Bring up the actions tool box and check off the action ,click arrow, and the processing should start.

At least that's how you do it on PS7.

Doesnt even have to be in the Actions Folder to start with

1.In the actions palette, click on circle with a triangle facing right (top right)
2. Select "Load actions..." from the drop down menu
3. Browse and select the action ".atn" file from your Hard Drive

It's now loaded and will stay in the Actions menu

Check the box, select (highlight) the name of the action, then click "play"
