Anyone blogging? I see my provider offers four options: das Blog, Word Press, Serendipity, and BlogEngine.NET. I don't know one from the other but it looks like Word Press and Serendipity are the most popular options. My needs are very basic: text and photos and commenting (but I guess they all do that). I like a clean, simple interface and something fairly easy to use and easy on the eyes. No funny stuff. Any thoughts?

I use Wordpress and can attest that it is both super easy to use but also awesome.

I use Blogger, I think it is pretty popular. I just started doing some guest blogging with a local photographer's forum and they use WordPress....I hate it! I've gotten so many errors with it.

Wordpress all the way.

Does exactly what you want it too, totally free using wordpress.com (free hosting yourself too)

I've been using it for YEARS now on my sons blog which was started before he was born. (little plug brownt.co.uk/weesht)

So easy to use, help is brilliant if you ever need it.

My advice is go with blogger, I have 2 blogs with them and I find the format very easy.

Here is one of my blogs to give you an idea of what you can do:

Wordpress. I moved my entire website there and integrated the blog with it. Totally awesome, I love it.

OK, those of you using Wordpress, maybe you can help me with the problems I am having.

-I toggle to full screen to write my posts and insert photos. Then I have to toggle out of full scren to save the draft (which is stupid, I should be able to save in full screen). Then I go back to full screen to make changes and my formatting has changed.....for example, there will be several lines of spaces between paragraphs but when I saved it there was only one line between each paragraph.

-I insert photos and add a caption. I did this once and saved, went back to full screen and all the text I had written after inserting the photo got added into the caption. And it was a lot of text with lots of links.....I had to do it all over. What a pain.

-I cannot preview my post. Whenever I click on "preview" I get an error that no such post exists.

I've never had any of those issues...what computer/browser are you using?
