Could someone help me with a question? I have an image I am pretty happy with for the open stud, Feb. In my editing I used photo shops's "spot light" tool to make the light source seem stronger from the top (this is where it is comming from anyway, so it is sort of enhancing this). Question is, is this allowable? I can't figure out if this is a "legal" editing move. Could someone shed some light on this? (pun sort of intended... ok, intended...)
Thanks! |

If it actually introduces an effect like faint *rays* of light where none existed, it will certainly be illegal because it adds an element. We have seen at least one DQ on this.
