This is my first try at fake ice cream making. I think I should have waited for it to freeze up but I was impatient. hahahah.

Anyone else have a picture to remind us of warm summer days?

As I looked at the 15 foot high piles of snow in the Walmart parking lot this morning, I got that same craving. Summer can't get here soon enough,

I like the weather the way it is now....although it was so cold the other morning I had to put on tennis shoes instead of flipflops! :)

Hahaaa the sad thing is, those are the only hills around here that are worth sledding on...!

I am a fan of the winter though. My dorm had a MASSIVE snowball fight the other day...SOO much fun. Totally got completely tackled.

How do you make fake ice cream??

I'm definitely ready for summer. Or at least warmer weather. I'd be fine with just spring. I'm tired of trudging around in old, dirty snow while staring at the bleak white sky and skeletal outlines of dormant trees.

That sounds ridiculously unhealthy. Wow! Is it like that icing they put on storebought cakes?

I don't think you actually EAT it, I think it's for photo/stage props :)

You dont eat it. Its for food stylists to use when they make those stock shots of food you see every day on bill boards and on restaurants. I have heard it doesnt taste bad but I wouldnt try it. hahaha.
