I recently realized that regardless of the text font all letters are appearing only as upper case.
...and no "caps lock" is not on.
Any insight as to how this may have happened and more importantly how to correct it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance. |

| I'VE NEVER SEEN A PROBLEM QUITE LIKE THAT BEFORE... ARE YOU SURE THAT YOU'RE USING A FONT THAT SUPPORTS BOTH LOWER AND UPPER CASE? SOME ARE ONLY ONE OR THE OTHER. |

I think you may have the convert all text to uppercase icon turned on.
open (if not already) the character palette (window- character) the 3rd icon from the left at the bottom of the palette should be off. |

In fact I just checked that out and that was the case. Such a rookie mistake but it happens from time to time. |
