How do I create nice rounded corners on an image? Using the feather isn't working, too smooth... |

Here's one way: Make a circle mask move it to the corner, reverse mask, erase the little corner piece. Repeat 3x. Let me know if you don't know what I mean. |

another way is to use the rounded rectangle on a new layer and then use it as a mask. |

Huh! I don't have the rounded rectangle tool in the box?!

Or: Select all, Modify selection>Smooth, set radius to taste, feather if desired, Invert selection, delete |

i would use the circle tool to make a mask, and then use gausian blur on the mask to finish!!

Hey I'd go for..
> Draw circle using marque tool
> Refine edge (select > refine edge)
> Play with settings within Refine edge to get the desired look then select enter
> if needed select layer mask
