I'm on a trip to China, and I haven't taken photos for a couple years now. I feel like I have some great subjects to shoot, but I'm having some difficulties giving them justice on camera. If anyone has any suggestions to give my photos that extra bit of oomph, it would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi, Michael.
Nice photos; I especially like the first one. One simple suggestion is to avoid the "tourist stance" -- your first and third examples might be improved simply by shooting from a lower or higher angle.
