Can anyone help me resize this image to approx. 12''x12'' in good clarity? I did a manual upsize at 5% each time, but not completely satisfied. I'm no PS wizard, so was wondering if anyone could take a moment and help me out.

Happy Holidays!

12"x12" at what DPI? What is the size in pixels you need it to be?

It's a small web graphic, with visible compression artifacts in the red areas. I know I'm not good enough to upsize that. If nobody else can help you though, I will have a go at it this evening at home.

If we go with 200dpi (image will appear on t-shirt) i believe that is 2400x2400 pixels.

Perhaps that is too big?

You can almost always find brands like that HERE but Im surprised its not, I did check the DrPepper Snapple Group site as well and they have vectors of everything but... Normally Id say I could rebuild it in a vector format for you but Im over loaded right now as it is...

Dave,

How long does something like that take? I don't want to overburden anyone.

Rebuilding it in vector format seems to be the buzz word i've heard, but I have no clue how to do that. Thanks for posting.

Print it out at that size and then take a macro picture of it. It should then be close to the size you need.

Isn't this the same as stealing an image?

That shirt is actually too small and I'm adding some text as a gag gift. But good looking out! Hope the shoulder feels better!

Corel used to have a pretty ggod trace utility and could give you the vector file you need. Then fill in the colors that you match form the logo.

I'd like to try that if you have time.

Seems to me to be a double standard here. When someone post about pirated software everyone used to seem quick to say that is stealing. Which it is. And when someone post a photo that was stolen we are quick to grab our torches. But when someone wants a logo for free we help them?

Yep and I'm sure if someone was stealing his sports images he would be the first to lawyer up.

I need to print this image up bigger for a mural on my wall. Can you make it bigger for me so I don't lose detail?

Dr Pepper offers several logos for free, just not Hires.

There are also several non-Dr Pepper sites that are happy to sell one to you. I'm sure they are not paying royalties. There are several CD and DVDs for sale loaded with corporate logos.

Turn me into the Dr. Peeper brand police if you want, I'll take my chances.

Do you get MY point, now?

Anyway, let me know what size print you want and I'll see what I can do.

Maybe we can do a swap for this one of yours

I am temporarily locking this thread. If the OP can let the site council know that you have permission to be using what appears to be a copyrighted image, we will unlock.

Just for the record, I wanted people to know that I did have permission and appreciated all your comments.
