well here I am surfing at night again.. never sleeping looking for something to try when I can.. Qart has some wonderful pictures, I've checked the work from this user since I joined a year ago and love it. can ANYONE, SOMEONE, tell me how in the H-E_ double hockey sticks do you gus get peoples eyes to look amazing like that with the saturation? is it possible with the camera i have? I have tried and tried this.. and the furthest I ever got was my son in the cap in the profile which doesn't even come close.
I've tried bouncing light off a reflector ( that my creativity made I might add.. a fireman blanket and a tri-fold poster board makes really nice and cost about 6 bucks all together)
and I JUST CAN'T GET IT!!!!

To an extent, you are somewhat limited to get that desired effect straight out of the camera.

The method would be using some strobes. It's all about the lighting.

The more common method is simply through photoshop, or any other editing software. Selective sharpening in the eyes, dodging to really bring out the white, and blurs to soften (if needed).
