Sandisk Memory Sticks. Any good, bad, indifferent? More then half the price of Sony brand.

I use SanDisk compactflash and was under the impression they are the best. In the UK SanDisk are rated very highly :)

I have had mixed results with SanDisk compact flash. In my Nikon they did not work at all well, very slow. In my Sony they seem to work OK, not as good as other cards however. I think the impression that SanDisk is good comes from a good marketing campaign on their part more then the quality of their product.

Unfortunately they don't have memory sticks listed, but for CF (amongst thousands of products) check out

DooYoo.co.uk

I've been thinking about a Sandisk MSPro for my PDA.. The Sony ones seem a fair bit more expensive.

I use Sandisk Memory Sticks and dont see any diference from original Sony sticks...
