Are there any people at DPC who have graduated from the IB program? I'm curious cuz I was wondering whether this could count towards my CASS hours next year. It'll be a mute point if I don't get a camera anyways, but this would sure help.
P.S. did I spell baccalaureate right?

Pardon my ignorance but what is an IB and what are CASS hrs? Sounds interesting.

I graduated from the International Baccalaureate program (yes, you spelled it right). I don't think this will count towards your hours. Doesn't hurt to try though.

On the other hand, it's a MOOT point, not a mute point.

IB is the international baccalaureate program. It lets students earn their baccaulaureate while still in high school. CASS hours are Creativity, Action, Social Service hours, because they want well-rounded students in the program.

A commendable project, to use dpc toward earning a degree. I hope you pursue getting the hours approved. This is certainly a place to exercise one's creativity. Let us know the outcome. GL

I graduated from IB too.. not too sure if this would qualify for CASS though. I did my CASS hours helping teachers with errands in school.

I received the IB Diploma last year, but I'm not sure this would qualify for CAS. Though it is definitely creative, IB prefers things done with groups of people, and activities that help the local community in some way.

But if you're in need of hours and can find someone to sign off on this, it wouldn't hurt to ask your IB coordinator.
