This is the way I do it--

In Bridge, first select all the photos you want to convert, then click on "Tools", scroll down to "Photoshop", then "Image Processor".

You'll get a little dialog box that will ask you what you want to convert the files to, if you want to resize, change to sRGB and quality (among other options).

true dat, you can choose other options as well...converted 93 raw for my daughter in like 8 mins
