This is the way I do it--
In Bridge, first select all the photos you want to convert, then click on "Tools", scroll down to "Photoshop", then "Image Processor".
You'll get a little dialog box that will ask you what you want to convert the files to, if you want to resize, change to sRGB and quality (among other options). |

true dat, you can choose other options as well...converted 93 raw for my daughter in like 8 mins |
