I like the bottom one though feel the in focus branches don't stand out enough and give the impression of a mistake rather than it being deliberate. Orange being a strong colour it draws the eye immediately to the out of focus part. This is also dead centre which, for this, image makes it feel rather static.
The tree picture has a nice feel to it though, for me, would benefit from a vertical composition to exploit the lines of the trees.

They seem to have a lot of dimension to them. I especially like the one of the path cut through the forest. there appears to be a slight fog in the distance. May need some cropping for better composition. The chair shot gets my interest as well. lots of texture and a strong subject.
BTW, the convention is that you should try to post clickable thumbnails in forum threads, instead of large images. It keeps the forum threads tidy and easily readable, since we ALL have large photos. I realize that since you are not a paying member you can't post anything but challenge entries. There is a way, however, to post a clickable thumbnail, using BBCode (bulletin board code) that links to elsewhere. Here is a tutorial that explains.
