Congratulations! I am also chasing the 5.8 average goal - as can be seen on my front page. i would have been a little bit closer, I suspect, if I had not inadvertently uploaded the wrong photo to the July FS. You have spurred me on to catch you up, Andi.

Congratulations on the 5.8 mark.

I just done some quick figures.
Based on the fact that I average 271 votes received per challenge and my current average. I will have to score a 6.0000 in the next 138 challenges to raise my average to 5.8000; I currently sit at 5.5197 with 119 completed and 1 current challenge.

So to raise my average just 0.2803 it will take 138 challenges with an average score of 6.0000. WOW!

It is statistically possible - Landon could just declare amnesty and reset our averages to zero and we would all get a chance to start again... :)

Wouldn't it be nice to have a rolling average of the past 25 or so challenges? That would give some of us hope :-)

I get on streaks of 6.+ pictures (okay twice I had back-to-back 6.+) But it would be challenging to try to keep my rolling average up - like I try to keep my golf handicap down :-)

Congrats! I'm keeping my average above my average, if you follow me on that, for the past 10 challenges (current one in voting process will stay above my average).
Can't say I'll get to 5.80 anytime in the foreseable (SP?) future.

I'm hanging close to a 5.8, I was at a 5.82 earlier this year, but I've had a streak of bad scores, so I'm headed down, hopefully to return back up in the next short time period.
