Amazing senario here.

Seems reasonable to conclude that if Edwards was caught or confessed before Iowa, Clinton may have been nominee.

Interesting thought.

Who, really, are the people we elect to public office? If they haven't been caught are they clean? If they have been caught, are they less capable of holding office? And I mean of anything, not just extramarital affairs. I think the question should be more towards what clouds the judgment

The most vehement against any particular topic lately seems to be the most guilty of violating it. Who wins? I thought it was supposed to be the people but apparently it is not.

Wonderful. So much for Democratic Party unity. And it's just a coincidence this guy is claiming this just before the convention. Sigh.

As if clinton would get elected.. pfft.

I think the chances of a black president (nothing against blacks) are better than the chances of a female president. (nothing against females)
that's just history. But I'm ready to be suprised..

Jeez..did I just say that? I'm gonna get killed here..

Except for the fact that the polls of Edwards voters in Iowa showed that Obama was the #2 choice 43% - 24% over Clinton.

It's a nice try by the moron, Wolfson, but complete crap.

And if Germany hadn't opened a war on two fronts, they might have won.

And if Oswald would have missed, we wouldn't have had the Viet Nam war, at least to the extent that Johnson broadened it.

And if frogs had wings, they wouldn't bump their behinds when they jump.

...and if...and if... and if...

Many things might be different, had they gone another way. But they didn't. Life plays out, like life plays out. The rest is idle musings...

This may be true. Sad to see what voters base their decisions on...

What a bunch of crap. As has already been said every poll I read during the Clinton/Obama race showed Edwards voters choosing Obama over Clinton. I followed it pretty close as I was one.

"Howard Wolfson, who was the combative communications director for Clinton's doomed campaign"
Need I say more.
