I'm glad one of the current challenges (Sill Life IV) can be done indoors.
I recently got burgled and lost among other things, my best camera. (a battered Minolta Dimage 7i)

Using that as an excuse I've just purchased my first real Digital SLR:

A Canon 450d Rainmaker.

Basic lenses only (so far) but it looks like it'll keep me entertained for years to come.
However every time I've taken it out the packaging, it has rained and I've put it away again for fear of getting it remotely wet!

(As I write this, a gap has appeared in the clouds so I'm off to point it at something quick!)

It's a common feature of the rebel line. I got my xti and it rained for a month solid before i took it out

Congrats on the new setup..Sorry to hear about he old one...

My new Sigma lens must have come with a Rainmaker feature too. I just have to find the switch that turns it off.

You'd think they'd supply them with an underwater case as standard.
or maybe a with a "Umbrella Size" menu option listed on the menus.
