I have shot some pictures of friends and family over the last few years and recently they've been asked for a letter from the photographer giving permission to print. Short of me writing a quick note is there something pretty standard that you professionals use giving permission to print? TIA.

I've actually written something very similar several times when I'm allowing someone use of my pics. The local places don't like to print my stuff without it. :D

Anyway, I've jotted it on a notepad and I've typed it on letterhead, depending on how lazy I was at the moment. All the printers want is to see some permission. And send a bus. card along with it so they can keep you on file.
