Some people believe that good things come in threes

I see this thread leading to an "anything but food" challenge.

That just might get me to enter a challenge again :)

ETA: that and maybe not being so busy so I have the time to shoot for a challenge :)

Sugar is a drug. ;\

I think what bothers me so much is the lack of new ideas...

Seems like there are WAY too many [challenge name} II's III's and IV's.

Come up with something new people.

I'm sure that there will be about 10 people that make it look that way.

I can hear from far distance, the "cheese-man" yelling "THREE NUDES... THREE NUUUUUDES"

you would think that within the 400 new ideas that where generated in the Doble Dog dare you challenge, that a last a few ideas where better than the sugar challenge

I think Langdon needs a new "Dart Board" :P

You never can predict anything with DPC, there are so many minds here that you can't fart without someone wanting to start a thread about it.

Which in turn will lead to a thread titled "What is Food" in which many will point out that flowers, bugs and animals can all be eaten, and so can people for that matter (by mosquitos, as well as cannibals and carnivores I suppose. :>P).

Therefore, the only way you can avoid a DNMC in the "Anything But Food" challenge will be to take a picture of a rock, or perhaps a landscape.

This will then lead others to point out that rocks may containe sodium chloride or other minerals which can be eaten, and may therefore be interpreted as "food." Sorry, DNMC. And that pretty landscape you shot? Sorry, it has trees which can also be eaten, so those are DNMC as well.

Would that be "Horizontal anything but food" challenge, or "vertical anything but food" challenge :P

Got it ;)

Let's see if Langdon makes the next Challenge 'Exercise' Indoors and Outdoors. Lord knows a few members are gunna need it after all the alcohol, food and sugar!

I would like to see challenges which to do not require the same skills in the same week. For example, right now with the Recipe (food) and Recipe (beverage) challenges, the same skills would be applied to both challenges. It would be much nicer to have options that vary not only in subject matter but photographic skills and interests so we can choose the one that fits us best.

REALLY! Well, now I know, for sure, our educational system has failed abysmally.

Meaning of the word you don't know.
gasp! choke!

HA! 1 point Alice!! rofl!

To stay on topic...I'm really getting burned out on the lack of "creativity" in the challenge topics. We always have countering challenges anymore and it isn't fun...agree w/ JulietNN's comment earlier.

Nice suggestion, KelvinC.

What happened was they all got high and hungry and thirsty and just couldn't help themselves, and the next day they just refined it for the member challenge.

But summer is marching on - it's even a shorts summer here in the Pacific Northwest - and maybe we get a Drink of Water challenge.
