I just recently started an account on photobucket.com, after realizing I take way to many pics to hold on my work comp or multiple dics, and I am playing around with the effects you can do on the website like: invert...grayscale...etc, now I dont have my own computer so I dont have photoshop or anything so I cant usually edit my pictures at all besides the standard brightness and contrast stuff. Is it legal (for basic editing) to submit a picture with effects that photobucket has on there website. I hope I have explained this question well because I wouldnt want to get disqualified but I love some of the things they allow you to do. Thanks so much in advance :D

Depends on the challenge. You still have to follow all the rules for editing. Can't see how it would hurt to do it at photobucket. (However if it is illegal using photoshop, it is just as illegal to do it at photobucket. Keep in mind that you do have to have your original available for validation.
