Wondering if we have some gardening peeps in DPC. I've been having so much fun with our backyard this year! (Zone 3) Get in and post some of your garden pics!

And my ONLY peony flower:

Well, mine's not quite as pretty/decorative as yours, but it should be yummy when everything gets ripe!

These are all just snapshots, I've been taking weekly pics just to see the progress.

I love your veggies, and that's a nice tomato crop!
I really enjoy snipping things from the garden and into the dinner.
One veggie that you can't go without is chives, so hardy, very beautiful when blooming and grows like crazy.

LOL my yard has been a lot of backbreaking work, but I love it and its a great workout.

I've probably harvested close to 500 sugar snap pea pods so far with tons left on the vine. This year I did radishes, green onions, carrots, peas, potatoes, strawberries, and tomatoes. Basically though, gardening would be worth it just for the peas and tomatoes.

It's always been a dream to build a greenhouse from scratch. We'll see if my next yard can support one.

Does this count?

This is what I do for a living. That, plus two nurseries where I grow tropical plants, flowering trees, and palms.

I'm just starting to get into gardening. My garden doesn't look as nice as yours though - I'm halfway through a retaining wall, so the garden is rubble and rocks at the moment. One day I hope it will be green. We have a few snow peas, and the strawberries and tomatoes are coming along well for a few months time. It's winter here at the moment, so things aren't growning very well, and something got into my patch and stripped many plants bare to the stalks a few weeks ago. :( But, I'm looking forward to some things growing in Spring. Thanks for posting your shots, people!

Well..I'm in the plant business as well.. I work for Color Spot Nursieries and we supply Home Depot, Lowes, and Walmart.

but I live in an apartment.. so can't do much gardening =(

So here's a couple shots from the Nursery. If you look in the first picture... you cannot see the end of this greenhouse it is so big! As far as the eye can see..solid plants.

Those look awesome, thanks guys.
yakatme, love the water feature... I'm gloating about my yard since we did it all ourselves. and I have no clue about gardening or landscaping (slowly developing the clue!)

River isn't always wonderful though...

That happened in January. Luckily nothing was harmed :) but some people were really hit hard.
