Hi, I got an email from a woman who wanted a photo created out of ones she already had as her husband had been killed in Iraq and she didn't have a photo of the two of them together. She sent me 3 images to see if I could do anything with them. I'm a photographer and do retouching but can't manipulate images like these. Thought I'd see if anyone wanted to have a try here. The dinner suit image was just one she found, but she wanted to have any full length of the two of them standing together and the only pic of her husband she had was the face shot.

Yikes - you have quite the challenge there. It CAN be done, but would take a TON of work

I can't see any of the pictures. It says that they have been moved or deleted.

Hi, I know. It looked impossible to me, which is what I emailed the woman, but said I'd see if anyone wanted to have a go. THINK the images should be here..

| First image doesn't show up -- I think the elipsis (three dots) in the file names indicates that part of the file name is missing ... |

I find this story crazy. I don't know anyone that doesn't have even just a snap shot (cell phone camera, P&S, etc) with their boyfriend or husband.
I feel sorry for this poor woman.

She's in UK. Depending on the time difference, she might be asleep.
Since we can't view these, my first assumption would be the colors are completely off. I'd try first converting them to B&W. Then you won't need to mess with the coloring.
Then use a bunch of sizing/stretching to get the ratios the same (her head matches the size of his head).

unless (devils advocate here) she is trying to make up something...like "I am sleeping with your husband. Here are the pictures to prove it."
doubt it but when I starting thinking about WHY they have no photos, etc. my mind went there.
