I'd just like to thank everyone who has commented so far on my photo. I will be honest and say that although i personally liked the final photo, I really did expext to get thrown to thelions this week.My sore isn't great, but thats really not what its about is it. I just wanted to create an image that at least one person appreciated. Yes, it is heavily post edited, but hey, the challenge stated to be creative. I've been away all week and didn't expect as good a responce has I got. For those who didn't like it,no probs, different strokes for different strokes. For those who did. Thanks for the support :-)

I'm going to hijack this thread to thank everyone for their comments, they truly are helpful. Well, for the most part, anyway. ;-) At least I didn't get a "benches are gay" comment...lol. Here's my response:
Thanks, all. Yep, I agree, this shot should have been centered. :-) Unfortunately, it wasn't high res enough and ended up being exactly 640x480...no room for cropping. I still liked the shot and the contrast between the energy in the background and the 'resters' in the foreground to submit it. You were *supposed* to wonder what everyone was looking at (buskers) that these too decided to just sit out on. <grin>
This site is such a great learning tool, thanks all!

Hmmm, something tells me I should've known that, but I think I can honestly say I've never heard that term before.
