I just took a series of these today for my stock portfolio and am very happy... I've been in a creative rut for a while, so I just wanted to share. :) Any comments appreciated, but please be gentle - I've been beat up in the last two challenges and am looking for HAPPY thoughts!

Mmmmm! You made me very hungry indeed. Nice shot, great lighting, good composition. That's all my happy thoughts at the moment, but if I have more, I'll pass them along!

I hear that i was sitting here thinking hmm cant wait for dinner and then saw that and it put me over the edge lol

I JUST got my 8700 - yesterday, in fact. Still playing around with it, but I think I'm going to love it. It's an easy switch from the 995 and still has all the great macro capabilities that I love, plus the added bonus of shooting in RAW mode - and - those fantastic 8 megapixels! :) Huge switch from the 3 that I'm used to.

Such an interesting piece of food it's like the third cheese from the top is a bit overexposed, but that's excused by the 4'th salami who has a great expression. Like he's smiling at me or something. :)

You'd be a little pale yourself if you were mozzarella or white cheddar. :) Great stock shot Jodie. I think the lighting is great and the composition is nice too. Very well ballanced.
