So, anyone who lives in New Jersey and wants to work in the public sphere knows this awful monster of a company.
I'm working on getting my substitution papers so I can start subbing, and I need to get fingerprinted by this company. "Ok, I think, no problem" Firstly it costs $70 damn dollars to get this before I can even get the job. Ok, my parents pay for it, cos they're nice like that. So I set up my appointment when I know I'm going to be home for spring break, and get all my crap ready to go. I finally get to go, and I walk in, early, and get told that I am getting the wrong kind.
"Can't you change it?" "No."
"Ok, I'll just reschedule"
So I go back home to set a new appointment up, and I can't access my account and have to re-do the entire damn thing. This is hardly worth it. I hate this stupid company, I hate the damn school board for not putting the number of the damn form I needed, and I hate beurocracy and the law. |
