Congrats again  Judi... I am very sorry to tell you, you now in my "Most Hated DPC Members" list... Yeap... I never thought this day would come, but it's your fault to get all those ribbons in short time. What is that? after Icelanders now Australian invasion?
I am sick of all of you who is keep winning these ribbons... and proud... I again hate to say to you Judi, and hate myself saying it... "Keep up the good work" (Ouch, I feel sicker already)
I am moving to Australia... that's it :/ screw that... |

She's also been doing a TON of cool real-life photography stuff! She seems to have a lot of projects on the go, a real powerhouse.

To the contrary, I bet this current ribbon is not Judi's first photo she ever entered or took.
Since we all don't have as much time in our control, we just have to make the best of what each of us has. Time devoted to our more enjoyable endeavors, aside from our regular "Day-Job".
More quality, being prepared for any sudden opportunites that may arise. Planning as early as possible to create scenes or setups for a shooting.
Less experienced always learn from the more experienced.
So Thanks, Judi for sharing your experiences.

Hahahaha...you guys crack me up. I just found this thread and seriously...it has given me a big smile...and I need that right now. This year has been a busy year and I can't believe Christmas was only 8 weeks ago...it seems like forever. I did go away for a break over the weekend. Stayed in a gorgeous penthouse overlooking the ocean....had loads of fun in the pool and enjoying all the wonderful eye candy (I didn't say that....she did)....but I couldn't escape work....I ended up having to do images of the hotel for the Owners....now that was so hard....I was given the keys to the rooms that should have housed the rich and famous....and was told...have fun!!! So I did.
But seriously....my book is doing well...$25,000 in one week and hardly any left. So I will be pleased when I can stand there and hand the completed cheque over to the community. I have also got quite a few projects up my sleeve and hope to get them going soon.
As for challenges....I keep saying I won't enter this one...but I end up doing it...most of them last minute...or a rush job...but I get there. My computer did crash two days ago and I am still trying to sort that out...but I at least didn't lose any photos.
Anyways...gotta go...have to do a couple of shoots.
