I just installed canon EOS utilities on my new notebook which has Windows Vista Business edition. Though the software has installed , the EOS utility is not working. Please suggest how to go about it

Try running it as an administrator with the 'Run as administrator' command.

I've had all the Canon utilities working on my PC with Vista HP for a while now. Have you tried grabbing the latest installs from the Canon USA site? You first need to install the originals from the CD, then upgrade from the install site.

I am not at all familiar with Vista, but I do know that most times, when a new version of windows comes out...Canon will put an update to make using the software possible on it's website.

This is a link for the Canon EOS Rebel Digital...it may work
