Are they any camera clubs in mississippi? Does anyone want to start one?

| The easiest way to find a club is to run a google search. Asking at your local camera store would be a good idea as well. Local clubs usually leave information at places frequented by photographers. |

Here's another source for camera clubs. It gives listings for USA camera clubs affiliated with the Photographic Society of America (PSA for short) and lists those in Canada and some other countries as well.

Does anyone have plans for Saturday or Sunday? If so, I would love to meet somewhere.
I'm only 13, but I have a good knack for photography. I use a Pentax K200D. |

I live in Pascagoula,Ms.There is a photography club that meets Thursdays at 6:00pm,I think that's the correct time,at the Finest Grind Coffee House at
2961 Bienville Blvd.(Hwy 90).Ocean Springs, MS.39564.You can call to confirm the time using this number.
(228) 818-1840.There is also a group called the Scranton Camera Club that meets on the first tuesday of the month at the Ocean Springs Library at 525 Dewey Ave.They will be meeting on the 2nd of July 2010 at 7:00pm.If you get the Mississippi Press.The information on this club is in todays newspaper(24 Feb 2010)on page 7C.You can contact the O.S.Library or contact Ann Maniscalco at www.annmwriter@yahoo.com for details.I have attended one meeting 3 weeks ago and will be returning tomorrow night.If you want or need a ride email me at the address below.Hope this helps.For anyone that lives in the Moss Point/Pascagoula Area that is interested in starting a club I have an office and studio at the Jackson County Incubator in Moss Point,Mississippi.I get access to a conference room for about 8 hours a month.I would be willing to start a camera club and meet there in the future if anyone is interested.I have a projector for showing photos.You can email me at www.alanhinkelphoto@cableone.net if you think you would like to assist in starting a photography club with me.I will be out of town from 30th June-4 July 2010.Thanks,Alan Hinkel
