| Does anyone know of any good photo voting modules or scripts for doing what DPC does here? I have no plan to compete with DPC but I am the president of a local photography club that currently has about 60 members and voting on photos at club meetings is becoming too tedius. We need to move to online voting for our club but I can't find a good photo voting script that we can customize for our club that allows the features like DPC has (submission periods, voting periods, results periods, etc). Is DPC all custom built or did it start with a script? Does anyone know of a good script to start with for implementing a voting system for a small photo club? |

| I have used surveymonkey a bit for flat questionnaire type things... maybe worth a look to see if it could handle thumbs for voting?? |

| Thanks, I'll have a look. I know there are other photo voting scripts but all of the ones I've found so far seem to be last updated about 4-5 years ago. |

I've looked a few times, but haven't found anything acceptable. There are a few hotornot types scripts, but nothing like DPC.

I think the Panachallenge site (www.panachallenge.com) has a pretty good format, and they borrowed it from Fujimugs (www.fujimugs.com). I'd send you straight to Fujimugs, but that site is currently undergoing an upgrade and hasn't got the bugs ironed out yet.

I use PHPNuke for my site and it has the capability (through Gallery). the Gallery is free and easy to set up. I have voting turned off on my site but it is there if I ever want it.
