I definitely want to make this one again.

I will let you know my movements as soon as I know them. During the last week of January I am interviewing for a 12 month TAFE course in photography. Need to supply a portfolio and be interviewed by the teachers just to be accepted. If I get accepted I will then know what days I am free during the week. At this stage weekends are good - especially Sundays. It would be great to catch up with everybody again. I am happy to leave it until a date that all can do it.

Both your suggestions look great Lisa for venues. Also the Royal Easter Show will be here before we know it. We could finish the day off with a fireworks display to photograph.

If it was Feb 16 and in the city I might be able to make it as I'll be flying back home from Darwin then and could stop off in Sydney for the day.

All good ideas and I'm ok with any of 'em. Here's a few more:

1. Walk from the Rocks to the Art Gallery is amazing. Takes in Circular Quay, Opera House, Botanical Gardens & the Domain.
2. Walk from Macquarie Lighthouse, Vaucluse along cliffs to Watsons Bay
3. Taronga Park Zoo

I'd love to come along if I may. I love the Blue Mountains.

But I'm happy to do whatever.

ok, we are getting a few people wanting to come and thats great. Time for some serious ideas where and when.

Whale watching would be awesome for me, but not sure if others are interested in going out on a boat for the day.

Ok I got serious and started to work a few things out (also just picked up my first mac so have been trying out pages and made a pdf of the plan)

you can download the pdf here

the 10th of Feb is just an idea at the moment but it fits in with the Sydney strobist group's meetup/lighting model shoot at the rocks in the afternoon/evening

I can't make the weekends of the 16-17th 23-24th of Feb but will be available again after that
