I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on what a minimum exposure length should be for this challenge?

Long exposures can often create very dramatic effects in photography. Use a longer than normal exposure to create the impact of your image.

anything that looks long to the viewer
Examples that would work include night shots, cars in motion, capturing water moving (waterfalls, ocean tides), fireworks at night
