I was just wondering if someone could shed some light on what a minimum exposure length should be for this challenge?
Long exposures can often create very dramatic effects in photography. Use a longer than normal exposure to create the impact of your image. |

anything that looks long to the viewer
Examples that would work include night shots, cars in motion, capturing water moving (waterfalls, ocean tides), fireworks at night
