I have a bunch of pics that I want to create a collage with. Is there an automated way or template that I can use? If so...how do I do it or where can I find the template?

Depends upon the layout you want. A regular symmetrical layout can be done at Big Huge Labs - the Mosaic Maker.

For creating collages, I highly recommend Fotofusion by Lumapix. You can download and try before you buy. You'll love how quickly you can throw together collages (especially compared to how long it takes to do it in Photoshop).
