Hi, I've never posted before even though I've been a member for several years. I think this site is fabulous with some amazing talent. I know many of you sell your prints on this site and others, and I wanted to let you know about a site I've found called //www.Etsy.com Its a site for artists and craftspeople in all mediums. My particular passion is glass and I've just opened a shop with them. Each listing is .20 and it stays listed for 4 months. The site has some good photograhers on it but I've seen work many times better from alot of you folks. Some do well and others, not so much. Just thought you might want to check it out. They seem like nice people.

After reading this forum for years I know you guys can be rightfully cynical. Swearing, I've got nothing to gain here.

Being as I only post once every 3 or 4 years let me take this opportunity to thank you for all that I've learned here and to say if you aren't a member.... pony up the $25 bucks and support the site!

Too funny, I post once in 4 years and I killed my own thread!

Hi Eileen - thanks for sharing!

I know what you mean about lack of response; spent a bunch of time sharing some info about free canvas prints on a couple other boards - people can just be SO untrusting...

you are appreciated ;)

LOL, post something from youtube or be the first post on some fancy camera gear, then you'll get a ton of attention to your thread.

I've posted some stuff about web design, stock flash sites and stuff, gets about the same response. :)

Someone on here posted about this site the other day and I went and took a look. I liked it. I just checked out a couple of the photographers on there and they seemed to be doing pretty good. I'm guessing the site gets quite a bit of traffic based on the sales that just those couple I looked at were making.

I didn't really have the time to investigate it further but may at some point. Thanks for posting. :)

I'll look into it tonight. At first glance it looks well organized and seems to get quite a bit of traffic.

Thanks for the heads-up!

I have been playing around with the site for a while and its really cool!
I love that people have handmade stuff at reasonable prices!
The best part is supporting people taking the time to create cool stuff.
Love it!
Thanks for the post!

Those photographers have nothing on you guys. I just listed my pendants this week so I don't have much experience with the "inner workings" but I do know since I've been watching it, the site is growing and buyers aren't really looking for a giant bargain (like Ebay)

Good Luck.
