Thanks for sharing. It's almost disheartening to see the group shots of 50 photographers at the same place with the same lens, all trying to get that unique shot! I love the guy up the tree though - a beautiful shot!

I also followed the link to the weather photos - wow, there's some amazing stuff there.

Thanks for sharing!

some great shots in there, had to chuckle a little about guy standing in front of the waterfall as Ive been there a few times and by the looks of it, he was there either late fall or early spring as in run off season you cant stand there as the rock hes on will be covered by the raging river. either way there is a fair drop from that point in to a small crevasse created by the river.

this is from where he was standing after the river comes down a bit after runoff season.
(late spring)

And this one you can better see the back side of the fall where he was standing on the right side of the crevasse.
(late fall)

and the front.
(late fall)

when I took the one at the top some dumb ass after me got what looked like 3 no more than 10 years old girls to sit on the edge for a snapshot, I just couldn't believe my eyes as they wouldn't have a chance if they fell in. Anyway Im gona stop there before I get all worked up again :P

sry for the slight hijack
