Ok, maybe not a day, but an afternoon hoping the thunderstorms wouldn't hit :)
I just got my new 400 f5.6L Friday and since it rained on Saturday, i HAD to go out on Sunday somewhere to shoot some birds! I was only there for about 2 hours but i got shots of a few birds i hadn't before. Let me know what you think!

Thanks!
The lens hasn't been removed from the body since i got it :) (ok, well once, when it started pouring while i was at the park, i put the body in my camera bag and wiped off the lens when the rain was done hehe)
I like to take the drive to get out of town and get photos of other birds than seagulls and pigeons :)
