In case you didn't notice, our site has been down most of the afternoon, and the forums have been down for two days. Our sincere apologies for the downtime.
We've moved the databases to an SQL server and moved the site to a faster machine. Our site will now be able to handle the load quite well, now and in the future.
Important: Check to make sure that if you submitted an image for this week's challenge, your image still shows up on your "My Home" page. If it does not, you need to unsubmit/resubmit your image.
If you notice any problems on the site, let us know about them, and we'll work to get everything back to normal just as quick as we can. Thanks for your patience... now get back to shooting! :)

Changing this post completely after looking at the scores for the last challenge. It looks like all vote averages throughout the site are being rounded to the nearest whole number.

| When you say Eastern Standard Time, don't you mean Eastern Daylight Time (at least for the summer)? |

My score dropped almost a full point. Given that the site has been down for a while, that seems curious to me.

That's one of the only bugs we still have have to fix. The data's still there ... just not averaged right :)

~whew~ good...I was like wow my score dropped a bit. I'm just happy the nightmare of moving is over. You guys put in a LOT of long hours for us.

I'm glad to see ya'll back. I helped paint 2 rooms at church, bought 3 wedding gifts for my fellow employees to give to a couple at work, and spent $100 impulse shopping for myself. All of this was done today before ya'll came back up. I'm too tired and broke to keep that up.
I hope ya'll can get some rest before the new challenge starts back up. Thanks for the hard work guys. |
