| I was trying to figure out how to find the highest rated photographs in site history, but I can't figure out how to search images by score. Does anyone know how? |

Wow, has DPC ever evolved.
That would be around a 6 in today's DPC. (not that it's not a good photo cause it is)
Can I enter challenges back in time? Say... 2002? |

| Well, Langdons Photo had more vivid colors and it didnt look so staged with the eight ball... thats only my opinion though |

Keep in mind that Langdon's shot was very early on in DPC. It was the 4th challenge and there were only 20 entries in the challenge, although there was 110 votes on the image.
Trolls had yet to invade DPC. As DPC has matured so has the collective expectations.
Not to take anything away from Langdon or the shot. In the context of the challenge, it fit perfectly, the technicals are good, as is the composition. Given the same challenge and the same entries it probably still would have won the blue, but I agree the score would not have been as high.
DPC these days is very critical. As noted in other threads, other photo competition sites that score on a scale of 1-10 tend to score higher than here at DPC.
Everything is relative to the context and the point in time.
