How sweet. My son (he's 14) has a baby doll from school for 4 days and 3 nights. It is all computerized and it cries when it requires attention such as feeding, burping, nappies, etc, day and night. It is used to let teens know what it is like to have a baby. I am quite impressed by it. So I am a grandma for a few days. When he gets back to school all the data is downloaded and then they have a look to see if the baby has been rough handled or not and neglected or not. The students wear a wrist band that they swipe against the baby's belly to register that they are attending to the baby. The baby only stops crying when it has been fed or changed or burped. Sound all very realistic. It certainly cramps their style when the weekend comes.

By the way, how do you pronounce Maiah's name?

My girls all had those dolls when they were in school. I was picking them up one day and saw another student putting hers in the trunk of her car!
