To make the story short: they asked a proof of submission and I send the tiff given by OLYMPUS Studio... and they asked again WITHOUT any reason mentioned... so I thought the file transferred was corrupted.
Now they say: "You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals."

Are now .orf files accepted like proof? Last time they requested it was not possible to send it; that's why I sent tiff

I could send .ORF but they do not give such possibility in the web.

Please understand that users are "stupid" they (at least me) need information or some link or something :)

The picture in this case is not a winner but I wouldn't like t be disqualified :(

Given this new information, we are reviewing your case again.

For future reference, it is better to raise this kind of question directly with the SC via the contact us page, rather than the public forums.

glad it's taken cared of. maybe the upload feature should allow more variety of file formats to cater the different RAW formats (or merely file extension)? langdon's call :)

Thanks... "contact us" could be also included in the disqualified decision message.

Thanks for highlighting these things for us - I'll get the SC discussing wording improvements, so hopefully we won't have this situation again.

Wait a minute... I used the upload page for originals and I uploaded an ORF file successfully. Is he talking about a different upload page?

I uploaded an ORF file too for validation. At least I think I did. Hopefully I sent the right thing! I guess I'll be finding out soon.

Well, last time, some months ago, it was not possible : I am happy it has been enabled recently.
