Hello everyone, I couldn't find a discussion on which Panorama software people use and mine is getting dated and it's time for an upgrade. I've been using PhotoVista by iSee Media. I've heard some people use Photoshop's photo merge, but I'm looking for something a bit more... well... lazy :) Any thoughts out there?

lazy eh?.. lol Than you definetily need Autostitch It works very well and all you do is open the photos you want to use and click start. For good quality with go to edit/options and set the jpeg quality to 100 and the output size to 80-100% 100% would be best but it will take longer. Check out my Website all the panoramas on there were made with Autostitch.

:edit to fix link

I've used AutoStitch, it works relatively well, but takes takes up a lot of time and resources. The major advantage is that AutoStitch is free.

You could also try Autopano, it is commercial software, so you will have to buy it. It does have a free trial however (with some limitations).

PTgui is my choice
imo - if you look at many pano sites this is the most used ...

Hugin is free, and works well.

AutoPano Pro is the best I found, but Calico wasn't out at the time. Make sure to try the Alpha, its reasonably stable and has some nice features that the release version doesn't have.

Im gonna try the PhotoStitch that came with the A630 let you know if its any good.

This EOS utility that came with the camera of course doesn't work with the camera....silly eh! I thought it was odd when i saw it listed on the included software.
